Optimal Design
With a vertical design, smoke travels easily to infuse whatever is cooking, whether your items are baking or roasting. A built-in butterfly damper allows you to easily adjust the airflow to maintain the ideal temperature. Plus, the compact design allows for faster heating times and is perfect for countertop use! This sleek, low-profile pizza oven features 380 sq. in. of cooking surface area, perfect for cooking one large 14” pizza at a time, or multiple smaller pizzas!
Durable Construction
This double-walled oven's interior has a tight-woven fire blanket insulation to withstand the heat and maximize heat retention. The entire oven, inside and out, is constructed of high-gauge type 304 stainless steel to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. The 304 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion that would otherwise be caused by dripping pizza grease and liquids from other foods. For added convenience, the included type 201 stainless steel base provides a secure foundation for your oven.
Ultimate Control
The removable stainless steel door features a convenient thermometer for quick temperature readings and a wooden handle that doesn’t transfer heat for added peace of mind. Control oven heat and fire size with the amount of wood added to the oven. Start with kindling and add larger logs to build a fire that fits your application. With a 4-minute cook time at 650 degrees Fahrenheit, this oven can produce up to 15 pizzas per hour; or it can reach 900 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum cooking power! This unit should only be installed on non-combustible surfaces.

Create a mobile, working-height oven with an optional cart (sold separately), or ensure countertop stability with the included countertop base.
