Effects of this medicine
・This medicine supplies blood and oxygen to the heart and reduces the workload of the heart by dilating the blood vessel of the heart.
・It is usually used for prevention and treatment of angina and acute heart failure. It does not stop and sedate an attack which has already occurred.
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・In general, for adults, apply 1 piece of tape (5 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day every 12 hours, to any site on the chest, upper abdomen, the back, upper arm or femur at different locations each time. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
・Wipe off the moisture and sweat around application site before applying, and do not apply to areas with wound or rash and the area that disturbs the use of the automated external defibrillator (AED).
・If you apply it on the same place successively, you may get a rash. Change the application site each time you apply the medicine. Do not apply it on the soles of your feet.
・If you miss a dose, apply a tape as soon as possible. You should never apply two doses at one time.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itching, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have hypotension, angle-closure glaucoma, head injury or cerebral bleeding, anemia, primary pulmonary hypertension or hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine

・If a decrease in attention, concentration, reflection capability occurs, avoid performing dangerous operations such as driving a car, operating machinery.
・Pay attention that drinking alcohol may intensify effects of lowering of blood pressure.

・Use it after opening of medicine immediately.
・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them. Ask the pharmacy or the medical institution how to discard them.
