Winners Badge Licensing Policy

Winner logos and badges are licensed on a per-recipient basis. Each individual agent, team, company, or organization recognized in the award program must obtain its own license to use the logo in marketing, advertising, websites, social media, email signatures, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Brokerages, agencies, franchises, parent companies, and marketing departments may purchase licenses on behalf of multiple winners in a single transaction; however, a separate license fee applies to each recognized winner. To facilitate verification and licensing, purchasers must provide a complete list of winners for whom the logo will be used.

A single logo purchase does not grant usage rights for multiple winners, offices, teams, agents, or affiliated entities unless separately licensed.

GUIDELINES FOR TOP REAL ESTATE PRODUCERS™ 2026 TRADEMARK USE

Congratulations on having been named a Boston magazine Top Real Estate Producers™ 2026 Winner! Along with the benefits of being selected a winner, Boston magazine hereby authorizes you to use its trademark – Boston magazine Top Real Estate Producers™ - and Winner Badge, only in your own advertising and promotional materials and press releases publicizing your selection, starting May 26, 2026. All other use of the trademark is prohibited.

All use of our trademark is subject to the following provisions:

1. The trademark must be clearly identified with the ™ symbol immediately following the Boston magazine Top Real Estate Producers™ award indication and it must always be accompanied by the name “Boston magazine”.
2. In copy/text format, the Boston magazine Top Real Estate Producers™ trademark must be clearly attributed to the year the award was received and it must be indicated that the award was given by Boston magazine.
3.
