Direction to use 

• Shake well before use

Hot Brew

• Place1 Tbs herbs in a glass container.
• Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover the lid to avoid volatile oils and steam to escape.
• Allow the infusion to steep  for 2 mins or until the water cools to temperature  of your liking.
• Strain the spent herbs out of the water to remove all of the herbs.

Cold Brew 

• Place 1 Tbs of herbs in a glass container and pour water over the herbs and cover the lid. Refrigerate overnight.
