Technician's Note: Always install this valve with the flow arrow pointing away from the regulator. Because this is a 3/8" MPT connection, use high-quality PTFE tape or pipe dope on the threads to ensure a gas-tight seal, but be careful not to let excess sealant enter the valve body, which can jam the spring-loaded check mechanism.
