Inside, an ESS Hyperstream iV DAC topology in balanced configuration with advanced jitter elimination feeds Arcam’s 5th-generation Class G amplification for 2 × 180 W into 8 Ω (up to 300 W into 4 Ω). A ground-plane board design lowers noise across the signal path, while a standby-only switching supply preserves efficiency when not in use.
