The background to planning this issue is that the impression of board sport as an action sport has become commonplace as a result of the inclusion of each sport in the Olympics, but Ollie will feature the appeal of the unique board sport culture, from athletes competing in the Olympics and competitions to unknown youth who continue to pursue the culture on the streets, and convey the joy of the culture that lies beyond skating, surfing, and snow.
