The Cullen Mangan "Elvie Clark" Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a biodynamic white wine from Margaret River, Western Australia. This vintage blends 58% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon, and 7% Verdelho, sourced from vines planted between 1995 and 1997, which have been certified biodynamic since 2008 .

Appearance: Light green, pale straw with creamy tinges.

Aroma: Elderflower, white flowers, jasmine, gardenia, lemon, grapefruit, and passionfruit.

Palate: Vibrant and clean citrus with lively acidity, featuring zesty notes of kaffir lime, kumquat, and pink grapefruit. The wine exhibits layers of complexity with phenolic tension, culminating in a clean, unctuous, juicy fruit finish with textures of pear and pink apple.

Serving Temperature: Chill to 8–10°C.

Decanting: Not necessary; however, allowing the wine to breathe for 10–15 minutes after opening can enhance its aromatic complexity.
