A Seat Stay Bridge Adapter will allow you to mount the front of the rack to a fender or brake boss on your seat stay bridge. This is especially helpful on frames with long seat tubes, where mounting to the seat post would lead to the platform of a Mica rack being quite a ways above the tire.

It works on bikes where the bridge boss is pointed backward, or where it's pointed at the tire.

The outside distance between the two tabs is 30mm, same as the Mica seat post clamp.

Note: it is your responsibility to ensure the fender mount on your frame is suitable for mounting a rack. You may want to check with your frame manufacturer before installing a rack using this adapter.
