How the Custom Order Process Works

1. Place your order
Select your preferred size and place your order through Iberica. Our standard colour is Cobalt 019, with additional colours available on request.

2. Design consultation and mockup
We will contact you to confirm your wording, colours, typeface, borders, and any decorative details. A digital mockup will be created for your review.

3. Approve your design
Once you approve the mockup, your sign moves into production. This ensures your plaque is exactly as you envision.

4. Handmade production
Your sign is hand-pressed, enamelled, and kiln-fired at high temperatures. Each layer is carefully applied and fired to achieve the signature glossy enamel finish.

5. Delivery timeframe
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production, as each piece is made individually by skilled artisans.
