• EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids derived from natural fish oil, combined with vitamin E
• In children, may assist with:
  • Supporting healthy vision development

Dosage

• Children 0 - 2 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
• Children 2 - 5 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) daily
• Children 5 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) twice daily
• Can be mixed with water, juice, or taken directly from the spoon
