• Boil 2 tsp of the mix in 1litre of water for 10 mins. Sieve and pour the spiced water/ajwain tea/fennel seeds tea into a flask. Enjoy this warm tea through out the day.
• Best before 12 months from Manufacturing. Store in a dry steel or glass container. Refrigeration is not needed
