The 2023 Eden Road ‘The Long Road’ Chardonnay from the Tumbarumba region is a delightful blend of Hilltops, Orange, and Tumbarumba fruit. It’s a “Chablis” style Chardonnay with a lifted nose revealing white peach, lemon, and brioche aromas. On the palate, you’ll find fruity flavours of fresh lemon and a subtle minerality. The finish is long and crisp, thanks to its high natural acidity.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
