The Winco FVS-1B is the OEM 2-piece replacement blade set for the Winco FVS-1 vegetable slicer. After heavy commercial use, slicer blades dull, nick, or develop the kind of surface pitting that catches strands of vegetable matter and ruins clean cuts. Replacing blades is faster and cheaper than re-sharpening on site.

When to Replace

Replace blades when: cuts become ragged rather than clean, vegetables tear instead of slice, the slicer requires significantly more downforce than when new, or you can see visible nicks along the cutting edge under good light.
