The Hoddles Creek vineyard is about 412 meters above sea level, the coolest in terms of climate. On its steep slopes are 12 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which aptly portray the philosophy of the team at Yarra Burn – to craft intensely flavoured wines with due vigilance and precision.

This sparkler, a blend of two classic varieties, is a lasting value wine that highlights the characteristics of its component grapes - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. While Chardonnay adds texture and nutty brioche flavours of stone fruits and citrus zest, Pinot Noir provides a nose full of red fruits along with a fine, persistent bead. The nose is rich and toasty, while the elegantly structured palate is fine, crisp and creamy, finishing with innate acidity.
