"KANOSUKE DOUBLE DISTILLERY The Mellow Bar Reserve" is a Japanese blended whisky made at two distilleries owned by our family in Kagoshima, on Japan's south west coast. 
The carefully crafted recipe brings out the distinctive characteristics of each distillery – a pot still Japanese whisky distilled at Hioki Distillery, and a single malt Japanese whisky distilled at Kanosuke Distillery.  
Both spirits are aged at our Kanosuke Distillery warehouses, continuing a tradition of cask matured spirits started by our grandfather Kanosuke Komasa in 1957.  Blended with a hint of Mizunara creates a perfect fusion of Japanese and Western flavours.  It features a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of a sea breeze drifting through the distillery.
