The 2023 vintage is crafted from old vines grown on marl and limestone soils, farmed biodynamically and vinified with minimal intervention:

• Partial whole-cluster fermentation for complexity and freshness

• Aged in older barrels to preserve purity of fruit and site

• Bottled with little or no filtration
