The BONOMI SERIES 761030 2-WAY ST. ST. ANSI CLASS 300 FIRE SAFE DESIGN FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a versatile assembly for water, gas, and oil applications. The valve is made of stainless steel and is ANSI class 300 flanged, with a full port size of 1/2” to 6”. It has a temperature range of -4°F to 400°F, a blow-out proof stem, adjustable stem packing, P.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, and is 100% tested. It is also PED 97/23/CE, ANSI B16.5, B16.10, B16.34 design, Fire Safe API 6FA-API 607 4th edition, and has an antistatic device and ISO 5211 mounting pad with double “D” stem.

The pneumatic actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and has a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It also has a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance is required for the entire actuator lifetime. It is 100% factory tested.
