This isn’t a quick dessert. It’s one that announces its presence.

Split yellow lentils (moong dal) are naturally rich in protein and easy to digest. Ghee, one of Ayurveda’s most prized ingredients, supports digestion and adds depth like no other fat can.

We don’t use shortcuts. No premixes. No preservatives. Just a time-honored recipe, made fresh to order in the Netherlands — the way halwa was meant to be.

If you’re receiving it by post, gently warm it — microwave for a few seconds or place the container in a bowl of hot water. Let it breathe before you eat.

5-7 Days. Store in a cool and dry place.

- Best served hot. The halwa is packed in a bio-plastic container which is not suitable for heating. Please transfer to a different pan/pot and heat it indirectly.
