Lovely, stand alone piece This is totally hand made, the copper is hand cut, the rivets are hand made the pan has been raised and hand hammered. The spout has the traditional pout shape for easy pouring.

This is real quality.

This is in addition to your regular sugar pan, this is ideal for making your choux pastry or savoury fillings, the ladle is ideal for any vegetable or meat fillings. A great addition to your professional 'chef pâtissier' pans - this is also the ultimate egg boiler!

There are dinks, indentations and scratches all over the pan. The exterior is very slightly discoloured from use and wear. All what you would expect, all authentic. The patina is exceptional.
There is a new, in-house hand wiped tin lining - with swirls and signs of being done by an artisan.
