The MS-06S Zaku II Char Aznable Custom is the red commander-type Zaku that earned its pilot the call sign "Red Comet" (赤い彗星). Char's personal variant of the standard MS-06F mass-production Zaku, painted Char-pink with a 30% thruster output boost, from Mobile Suit Gundam (UC 0079).

The second edition of Bandai's Real Grade brand, introducing Char's Zaku equipped with the Real system. Designed with 1/1 scale engineering in mind, the kit is equipped with the Advanced MS Joint, which replaces the conventional internal-structure assembly process, so the internal frame ships pre-assembled. Realistic Decals reproduce the metal-sheen markings normally requiring paint. Unparalleled colour-coded reproduction at 1/144 scale, and the Advanced MS Joint secures the largest range of motion in Gunpla history. The pipe parts use a method of removing the pipe through the shaft for the natural cable look.
