The BONOMI SERIES 622LL 2-WAY CARBON STEEL 3-PIECE BW BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly that combines a direct mount 2-way, 3 pc. Carbon Steel Ball Valve with BW ends and a Pneumatic Actuator. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including hot water, steam, oil, and gases.

The valve features a 3-piece Carbon Steel body, full port sizes from 1/4” to 4”, BW, ISO 5211 mounting pad with square stem, and pressure rating from 1/4” to 2” 1000 psi, 2-1/2” to 4” 800 psi - 150 psi steam. It also has a temperature range of -60°F to +440°F, blow out proof stem, multi-layer V-ring adjustable stem packing, TFM-1600 seats, P.T.F.E. packing and thrust washer.

The Pneumatic Actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It also has a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F and requires no lubrication maintenance for the entire actuator lifetime. It is 100% factory tested.
