Details: How to Prepare Your Homemade Yogurt

✔️ Heat up to a gallon of of whole milk to 105-110 F
✔️ Slowly stir in one packet JiffYO yogurt starter
✔️Decant in mason jars or smaller non-metal containers
✔️ Keep at constant 105-110 F for 8-10 hours or overnight
✔️ Refrigerate for at least 8 hours to stop the incubation process

PRO TIPS
✔️ Put a tablespoon of yogurt from a previous batch into each jars before pouring in the milk
✔️ Add half a carton Half & Half to the warm milk for even thicker yogurt
