Appearance: This rosé presents a pale blush-pink to light copper-pink hue, offering a visually appealing and delicate tone.

Aroma: Rose petals, red liquorice, and fennel hints of sea breeze, cranberry, and watermelon subtle notes of rockmelon, tamarillo, and oyster shell .

Palate: Juicy and refreshing, with flavours of red berries, watermelon, and cherry accented by Provence herbs, spice, and a subtle savoury undertone. Balanced with crunchy acidity and a clean, dry finish, sometimes described as having a lick of salt.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C
