A focused wine that displays citrus, grassy and subtle lime zest flavours. Deftly selected and handled oak provides vigour and complexity. Refreshing tangy acidity brings life to the finish. This wine is ready for immediate drinking however has the structure to evolve slowly over the next 7 years.
