Natural Magick Healing incense is Cunningham's recipe exactly, with real Saffron threads and all. I saw no need to alter this very simple incense. It smells very warm, soft and reassuring. 

Use Healing incense in or around the sickroom, and burn it for spiritual, emotional or physical healing spells. It does have a good deal of Cinnamon in it, so it would not be appropriate for acute illnesses involving a high fever, injuries involving heavy bleeding, or high heat conditions. Healing incense would also be used to consecrate and dedicate any magickal tool, mojo bag or talisman to be used in the healing magick. It would also be useful in the offices of any practitioner of the healing arts to support the energy and talents of the Healer.

Natural Magick incenses are composed of high quality resins, herbs, and sometimes essential oils. They are ritually hand ground on appropriate days of the week for Planetary influences and on the best day of the Moon's cycle for Lunar powers. Unlike most powder incenses, I use no "base" or filler to alter or dilute the powers of the active ingredients.

These magick incenses are made to be burned on incense charcoals. Light the charcoal with match or lighter, set it in a flameproof incense burner or on a brick, rock or bowl of sand, pebbles, or salt. Allow the charcoal to light completely and then sprinkle on a pinch the incense. Add more pinches as desired. See side bar for more detailed instructions.
