Oxide is a lightly heathered, rusty brown yarn that is perfect for sturdy socks, cozy mittens, hats and other outerwear items. The yarn’s look and feel comes from blending Jacob sheep wool with cinnamon red alpaca fleece. While the alpaca may give the yarn its dominant color, the Jacob wool is a critical ingredient, adding depth to the color and strength and body to the yarn itself.
