Description:  10 oz weight. This is a very soft-yet-substantial,  jersey knit fabric. It has similar body to our cotton spandex jersey; it falls nicely, yet stands away from  your body without "sticking".  Soft, cotton-y feel. Cotton Jersey stretches about 30%. (Cotton Spandex Jersey stretches about 60%). 

Care:  machine wash / tumble dry OR hang to dry*

Shrinkage: vertical  2%  / horizontal 5%**   

*We recommend laundering your fabric yardage to pre-shrink your fabric before cutting and sewing.   

**Fresh out of dryer it will be 5% horizontal shrinkage, but the fabric relaxes and stretches out with either a good tug, or just wearing a few minutes, that ultimately it's about 2% horizontal shrinkage.
