Ingredients:  Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, NutraFlora®, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule shell: (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use:  One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
