Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule per day with food. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. 

Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Taking a daily multivitamin mineral supplement along with this product may result in • constipation • diarrhea • vomiting due to high intake of iron. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
