The Veterinary Science CDE Coaches Manual provides FFA advisors and coaches with (4) complete practice sets to prepare students for the Veterinary Science CDE. This coaches manual is aligned to the National FFA CDE contest and includes the following components: (1) General Knowledge, (2) Math Application Questions, (3) Identification, (4) Practicums, and (5) Team Activity.

Coaches Manuals contain all of the resources necessary to successfully prepare students for the CDE. Through detailed Coaches Guides, advisors and coaches will feel comfortable, no matter their experience, in coaching this CDE. Coaches Guides include a description of each component of the CDE, materials needed to conduct the practice set, tips, tricks and insight for coaching the CDE, recommended preparation methods for practices, and an overview of the resources provided in this manual. In addition, Coaches Resources include flashcards, student handouts, a break down of the rubrics, and keys with additional information to help students master this CDE.
