About Kids Immune Boost: Echinacea and Elderberry have been highly valued and respected through the ages as powerful allies for immunity. Here at Avena Botanicals, we combine organically grown Elderberries and Echinacea root with Maine-grown Ginger root and Biodynamic^® Thyme to create a delicious blend that deeply supports immune health and vitality during the winter months or other immune-challenging times.

To add some extra comfort for the little ones, we added Skullcap, a gentle plant in the mint family, which soothes the nervous system and encourages rest and restoration.

The result is a soothing and protective formula that is appropriate for kids of all ages.

Plant Profiles:

• Echinacea (Echinacea purperea) - We grow hundreds of Echinacea plants in our Biodynamic gardens. The magnificent purple flowers are covered with bees and butterflies in August. Standing in a bed of flowering Echinacea delights the senses and spirit, and the sweet smell of the flowers brings joy to the heart. We dig three-year old roots in fall and process them fresh. These roots are tingly and potent.
• Elderberry (Sambucus canadensis) - Deeply supportive for immune system support during the winter months. These dark, rich, purple berries carry the vitality of the sun with them. Elderberry encourages respiratory, immune, and cardiovascular health and supports healthy mucous membranes.
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - This warming, aromatic, and delicious root is well-loved the world round. Fresh Ginger reinforces healthy circulation and digestion.
• Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) - This mint family plant soothes the nervous system and assists the mind and body in relaxing and feeling more balanced and centered. Quieting and restorative, Skullcap cools agitated emotional states and restores vitality to the nervous system.
• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) - A classically valued and utilized herb to support upper respiratory and immune health. This comforting herb encourages calm and vibrant thinking, a balanced body, a healthy digestive system, normal blood circulation, and overall resilience to stress.

Servings: 30-120 per 1oz bottle.

Serving Size: 5 drops (0.25ml) - 20 drops (1ml).

Suggested Use: Add drops to 1 ounce of water 2-3 times per day or as directed by your child's health care provider. Recommended drops based on weight: 25-49 lbs = 5 drops, 50-74 lbs = 10 drops, 75-99 lbs = 15 drops, 100+ lbs = 20 drops
