What Is Synergy?

This is a blend of pure essential oils, brought together to enhance and improve each other's effects. Importantly, these are not contained in carrier oil.

YOU MUST DILUTE THIS SYNERGY BLEND BEFORE USING ON THE SKIN.

They are fantastic for use in diffusers and for making your own products for home and everyday use.
Focus your attention and concentration on Rosemary, peppermint, basil, and spearmint. Fresh ginger root is quickening and stimulating. Lavender, frankincense, and chamomile are soothing, calming, and reassuring.

Make Head Harmony Synergy Blend Inhaler Stick

This is absolutely the best way to use Stress Saver Synergy Blend, especially if you do feel a little tense.
These synergy blends are great for sniffy sticks because you can just put the cotton wick into your bottle, let it suck up enough oils, and then pop it into your inhaler. No measuring is required.
Keep your Head Harmony Synergy Blend inhaler stick with you, wherever you go. Take five minutes to inhale it, every time you need it.
Of particular help will be the pain-killing abilities of lavender, (Da Silva, 2015) chamomile (Mihyaoui, 2015), and frankincense (Al-Yasiri, 2016).
Headaches are often accompanied by nausea. Chamomile, peppermint, spearmint, and ginger are all lovely for settling digestion. (Lee, 2016)

Recipe for Head Harmony Synergy Blend Rollerball

• • Add 25 drops of Head Harmony Synergy Blend
  • To 9ml of Grapeseed Carrier Oil

Apply to the temples, forehead, and back of the neck for speedy access to the brain.

Relax with a Head Harmony Synergy Blend Bath Oil

Wonderful if you have a headache, or your thoughts are all over the place.
We suggest adding two drops of the Head Harmony Synergy Blend of essential to a teaspoon of carrier oil, then adding that mix to warm bath water.
Research suggests that inhalation of essential oils starts to affect the brain after about five minutes. Topical administration (through the skin) takes a little longer: around nineteen minutes.
Just a note that this Head Harmony Synergy Blend has a lot of stimulating oils. It is designed to switch your brain on, to focus your thoughts, and to prompt your memory. Is It Safe To Use on Children?

Peppermint is rich in a constituent called menthol. Menthol slows respiration which can be harmful for very small children. As such, do not use Head Harmony on their faces.
If you do decide to use it topically on a child, only use it on the back of their necks.
Not suitable for use on children under the age of 2 years old.

Precautions for Using Head Harmony Synergy Blend

Not suitable for use in the first 16 weeks of pregnancy. Use with care in cases of high blood pressure, epilepsy, or if you have any kind of delusory condition like psychosis or schizophrenia.
