A medley of lime flavours; juice, zest and leaf. Focussed yet approachable acid line reminiscent of crunchy granny smith apples. A very long finish showing the hallmark balance of fruit, acid and talcy textures that are markers of a truly great vintage. This is a supreme vintage, and whilst drinking beautifully upon release, it will reward cellaring of 15+ years.
