Quick application guide

Applying microcement involves 3 simple steps:

1. Surface preparation
   cleaning, sanding, and priming.
2. Applying microcement
   in two layers.
3. Sealing
   applying two layers of protective varnish.

What’s included?

• Fest Grunt (1 kg) – primer for surface preparation. It evens out absorbency and improves adhesion of subsequent microcement layers. Product for one coat.

• FESTFLOOR TITAN Microcement (6.25 kg) + TITAN HARDENER (1 kg) – a two-component epoxy-based system that ensures exceptional hardness and resistance. Perfect for heavily used surfaces. The product is sufficient for two coats.

• PU FEST 2K CARBON sealer (1 kg component A + 0.08 kg component B) – a two-component protective sealer for microcement. Offers high resistance to abrasion and stains. The product is sufficient for one coat. For best results and durability, we recommend applying two coats. Select the option with sealer for the second coat to achieve full surface protection.

OPTIONAL:

• TITAN BASE (16 kg) + TITAN HARDENER (1.6 kg) + fiberglass mesh – a strengthening base system used for embedding fiberglass mesh and reinforcing the substrate. It prevents cracking and increases surface durability. The product is sufficient for two coats.
  Choose TITAN BASE if you’re looking for a premium solution with maximum hardness. It’s the perfect choice for:
  - high-traffic areas where maximum durability matters
  - floors with underfloor heating

• FESTFLOOR BASE (15 kg) + FESTLiquid (5 kg)– a strengthening system that allows easy embedding of fiberglass mesh. It improves resistance and extends the lifespan of your floor. The product is sufficient for two coats.
  Choose FESTFLOOR BASE if you’re looking for a versatile solution for everyday applications. It’s the perfect choice for:
  - floors in homes and apartments, i.e. interiors with moderate use
  - floors with underfloor heatin

Color selection

FESTFLOOR TITAN is pre-colored during production – no need to mix pigments during application.
The standard palette features carefully selected shades of gray and beige that blend perfectly with modern interiors.

Looking for something more unique? No problem! TITAN is also available in over 200 RAL colors and nearly 2000 NCS shades, so you can match it precisely to your project.
