Tasting Notes

Nose

Vibrant and expressive. Notes of fresh apple and pear, white grape, and floral honey lead the way. Beneath the fruitiness lies gentle brioche, soft vanilla cream, and a touch of sweet oak - reminiscent of champagne cellars and fine pastries.

Palate

Smooth, layered, and beautifully rounded. Flavours of orchard fruit compote, buttery shortbread, and light caramel unfold first. The cuvée cask influence brings hints of grapefruit zest, golden raisin, creamy vanilla, and a subtle sparkling brightness at the edges. Silky texture and exceptional balance throughout.

Finish
