Upcycle Project

This piece is part of our upcycle program, reworking archive M-51 mods coats into a new expression. Original patches have been removed, and the garment has undergone additional processing—further bleaching the previously overdyed fabric to create a naturally faded, vintage-inspired character. Each piece carries its own unique texture and tone, shaped through this process. No two are exactly alike. By reimagining archive garments, this collection reflects our approach to extending the life of products while adding new value through transformation.
