Want to be absolutely sure you are grounded all night long?  

Here is the best way to do it: have your face and neck resting on a grounded pillow, made from all natural materials. 

Especially important for folks who like to wear who like to wear warm clothing at night -- pajamas or socks will block grounding from laying on a grounding tool placed under the body, legs or feet.  Direct skin contact is by far the best way to ensure you are grounded, and for most, the face and neck is the easiest point of contact.  

However, I've always been highly disappointed in other grounding companies who offer grounding pillow cases that require a cord to be clipped to it -- I feel that is unethical as it creates a choke risk for sleeping person.  Not only is it a choke risk to put a cord anywhere hear the head of someone who is unconscious, but it's also a trip and fall risk if that person is groggy and gets up in the night, as well as an entanglement risk.  Not a good idea.
