In celebration of two decades of Danish craftsmanship, we’ve teamed up with fellow trailblazers Mikkeller to mark our 20th anniversary with something truly special: Porcelæn – a West Coast IPA brewed by Mikkeller with Stauning Whisky at its heart.

Brewed at Warpigs in Copenhagen and made with our own floor-malted rye and barley, this beer isn’t just influenced by whisky – it’s built on it. The malt composition mirrors the backbone of our whisky, HØST, while the carefully selection of three different hops reflect the fruity and floral notes found in the whisky. The result is a bold, fruity, and malt-forward IPA that balances refreshment with complexity.

The result is a drink that bridges our worlds: the expert craftsmanship of floor-malting and the creativity of craft brewing, coming together in a refreshing beer.
