Exoracing T25 Turbo Oil Drain Gasket Installation Guide:

If you want to learn how to install the oil drain gasket before ordering or have already bought one and want to install it as soon as possible, follow our step-by-step guide below. If you are unsure about any of the steps, please contact a professional, as incorrect installation can, in the worst case, cause turbocharger failure.

1. First, ensure the turbocharger and surrounding parts are cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns.
2. Drain the oil from the engine to reduce the chance of oil spillage.
3. Remove the two bolts holding the turbo oil drain line and flange to the turbocharger cartridge, then remove them.
4. Remove the oil drain gasket and check it against the new one to ensure perfect fitment.
5. Install everything in reverse order, remembering to torque everything according to factory specifications.
6. Run the engine for a few minutes to check for leaks. If there are no leaks then run the engine though 3-4 heat cycles and go back and retorque the oil drain bolts.
