Alesis Strike Amp 8 MK2 is a bi-amped powered speaker designed for electronic drum monitoring and amplification. It enables accurate reproduction of electronic and acoustic drum sounds for drummers during rehearsals and live performances, supporting stage monitoring and personal amplification workflows. This makes it ideal for performance environments where clarity, headroom, and controlled low-frequency response are critical.

The amplifier uses an 8” woofer and a high-frequency compression driver tuned for flat, full-range response. Dual combo inputs allow simultaneous connection of electronic drum kits and multipad instruments, while Bluetooth connectivity supports wireless audio streaming. An onboard high-pass filter and ground lift switch help adapt the sound to different rooms and electrical environments.

The lightweight enclosure supports wedge, upright, and pole-mounted use to accommodate various stage layouts. High output capability allows it to function as a personal monitor or compact PA solution. Its portable design supports frequent transport for rehearsals and gigs.
