WHAT IS THIS?
I often have people ask if I can dye them custom colors but I feel like after I give an enthusiastic, "Yes!" some of the urgency is lost. So let's make a formal agreement, you and I, to collaborate on the exact color you want, just for you. 

HOW IT WORKS:
After you purchase the spot holder ($50 deposit) I'll email you using the address you left at checkout and we'll begin discussing your dream yarn. Your inspiration can be as vague or specific as you want. You can give me a couple adjectives to describe the vibe, or you can send me some photos that inspire you. I'll create a color story, we'll agree on the composition of the yarn (tonal, speckled, multi-colored), I'll send you an invoice for half of the total price minus your deposit and get dyeing. Once your yarn is ready to go I'll send you a photo for your approval and if you love it as much as I do, I'll send your final invoice and your yarn will be on its way! 

IS MY COLOR EXCLUSIVE TO ME?
Sure is! If you like the color we come up with together, I'll only ever dye it for you. I can't promise I won't unintentionally create somethings similar in the future (things happen) but I'll never purposely reuse the same recipe for someone else. I will, however, save the recipe in case you ever want to purchase more skeins.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT?
No harm, no foul! This is a combination of things for me including a super fun creative exercise and a way to drum up sales that I hope is as exciting for you as it is for me. If you don't end up liking the color I dye for you, I'll refund everything minus the $50 deposit. This is just to cover the cost of the yarn base, and truthfully speaking it's only a percentage of that cost. If you choose not to purchase the skeins I'll either sell them as a one of a kind option or they'll become a permanent colorway (based on my discretion.)

I offer 8 yarn bases, all 100% superwash merino wool, ranging from single ply fingering to super bulky. You just tell me how many skeins you need for your dream project and we'll get dyeing.
