Maximum scratch removal:

Step 1:

For maximum cut use a rotary polisher at a medium speed (1200-1400) with a heavy cut foam pad, reducing speed on the final passes for the best finish. Add more product to pad after 5 or 6 passes as required until scratch has been removed. For best finish, reduce speed once scratches have been removed. Do not add more product.

Step 2:

Follow with a DA using the process below to achieve a showroom finish. Alternatively use EvoX Ultra Fine Finish to achieve higher levels of gloss and remove holograms.

One step scratch to finish:

Use a DA orbital polisher and heavy cut foam pad on medium to high speed reducing to lowest speed for best finish. Add more product to pad after 5 or 6 passes as required until scratch has been removed. For best finish, reduce speed to polish surface. Do not add more product.
