Meiju is a rich and creamy usucha with only a hint of astringency bitterness. It has a sweetish but bold finish. For a thick micro foam we recommend a ratio of 1: 20 (or 1: 25) at 80C. All our Matcha is freshly milled by order and is stored at 2C once it arrives in Germany.
