• Sambucus nigra Elderberry Extract – this herb has been traditionally used for immune support for centuries. In addition to immune support, Sambucus nigra elderberry has powerful antioxidant properties.
  
• Valerian Root – an herb that has been used for centuries as a traditional sleep aid, it is thought to influence GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter in the brain that helps to promote relaxation and reduce feelings of occasional stress.
  
• Lemon Balm – also known as Melissa officinalis, Lemon Balm has been traditionally used to promote relaxation.
  
• L-Theanine – an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, particularly in green tea, it is known for its ability to promote relaxation.

These studied ingredients all work to help you fall asleep, and to stay asleep, and to give your immune system the support it needs when it needs it the most. 

Our sleep formulas are available in two varieties, one with 2 mg of Melatonin per serving, and in a higher strength 5 mg per serving formula.  Both varieties have 450 mg of our proprietary blend of Sambucus nigra Elderberry, Valerian Root, Lemon Balm, and L-Theanine.
