The residents and ancestors of the Vatican City do not have within their culture an understanding of the infamously contested way of how to pronounce the word tomato - is it 'tomayto or tomhato'.

Therefore, in 1908, the Vatican's jealous clergyman, brethren and sisteren, decided to introduce officially their own version. This version totally missed the mark, and seemly sought to just justify any sinful behaviour. 

The Vatican's residents will never be considered adept Casanovas, but since 1908, it has been considered acceptable to behave as a player, should you fall short of being a prayer.
