The BONOMI EXM8E068LF WITH SERIES 253NLF 2-WAY LEAD FREE BRASS NPT BALL VALVE AND VALBIA CSA APPROVED EXPLOSION PROOF ELECTRIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly that combines a direct mount 2-way, brass NPT ball valve with stainless steel trim and an explosion-proof electric actuator. It is designed for drinking water applications and is lead-free brass with stainless steel ball and stem. It has a full port, sizes 1/4” to 4”, ISO 5211 pad and square stem, and a pressure rating to 600 WOG.

The actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) and has an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, a clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, self-locking gear system, and is available in both ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*). It also has a 30% duty cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% duty cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 mounting bolt pattern and DIN 3337 double square drive, ± 5° mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout, and 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
