I am not entirely sure what this guy once did when you pressed the button toward the rear of the base--I'm guessing perhaps he pushed (a lawnmower?) or raised something in his hands; now, depending on how he is positioned, you can get him to raise an arm, or kick a leg forward, or just bounce around a bit. He'll stand sturdy with his feet positioned in the recesses, and you can position one or both arms to stay overhead, which is enough for me! I'd guess 1930s or so.

7" t x 3 1/2" w x 5 1/2" d. Some white paint loss on the head and plenty of scuffs and scratches here and there.
