Cire Trudon Bust Louis XIV StoneThe Sun King stands above all with a stern, proud countenance, immortalized in a 7 meter tall sculpture by Franois Girardon (1699) in Place Vendme. The bust was destroyed during the French Revolution of 1792, but was ultimately reincarnated in a smaller scale in the Louvre Museum. Now, Trudon reproduces this iconic figure of l'art la franaise, a 35cm high bust crafted in collaboration with The Plaster Cast Workshop of the Rmn Grand Palais.
