PREMIUM MATERIAL

Carbon Fiber Fabric is ideal for lightweight parts used in aerospace applications where weight and strength are sensitive in terms of performance. The following 3 elements are crucial when we chose the material for Xoar Propellers. First, Tensile strength, the pressure required to pull ends of any length until it breaks. Second, Compressive strength, the capacity of a material to withstand loads that compress or tend to reduce size. Third, Flexural strength, the ability to resist deforming under loads. Carbon Fiber fabric material is chosen for aerospace applications because it combines the industry's ultimate tensile strength in the FRP industry, compressive strength and flexural strength which yields superior strength to weight ratio as graphite fibers contain up to 95% carbon.

ADVANCED DESIGN AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

XOAR PJP-T-L Carbon Fiber Precision Pair Quadcopter Propellers are designed and engineered with unique blade shape and thin hub. The pairs have the same pitch and same weight for accurate, responsive and stable performance. The maximum tolerance of weight difference for each pair is 0.5 gram; this guarantees consistent performance - same torque is produced by the motors on each pair of opposite arms.

PERFORMANCE

XOAR's Carbon Fiber Quadcopter Propeller are constructed to offer maximum strength and endurance by it's unique structural design. The superior strength reduces flexing of the tips in Drone flight which greatly lower noise and vibration to yield a responsive, smooth and quieter flight.

1. Before tightening the screws, please confirm the propellers are rotating in the same direction as the brushless motors before flight. (Leading edge is facing the same direction of motor’s rotation)
2. Please check for loose caps and tighten them before each flight
3. Do not screw right on the propeller. Do not over tighten screws. Use washers.
4. Please Note: Final balance check is suggested before flight due to external factors such as temperature, handling during transit may vary the balance of the propeller.
